V/Line, based at 452 Flinders Street, Melbourne, seeks a Careers and Pathways Lead to design, deliver and continuously improve its early careers and workforce pathway programs. You will drive graduate, internship, cadetship, and work experience programs while supporting workforce capability and internal mobility across the business.
You will partner with leaders and educational institutions to build talent pipelines, provide coaching, and measure outcomes with governance and quality assurance.
