Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Lidcombe manufacturing operation in NSW. Reporting to the Industrial Director, Beverages & Milk, you will oversee Manufacturing, Packaging, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Assurance, WHS, and the site's financial performance.

You will develop and deliver operational and financial objectives, including budget management, cost control, capital investment planning, productivity improvements, and P&L; outcomes.
