Montefiore, a Sydney-based aged care provider with a 135-year history, invites applications for an Executive Care Manager to lead our 60-bed dementia-specific service across two floors in Randwick.

You will provide both operational and clinical leadership to nursing staff and an interdisciplinary team, ensuring person-centred care and positive resident outcomes, reporting to the General Manager Residential Care.
