Licensing Requirement: Must hold active licenses in at least TWO (2) of the following jurisdictions: Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, or Tennessee.
Duties
- Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct Mental health assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, including emotional distress, behavioral patterns, and relational dynamics.
- Accurately diagnose mental health conditions based on assessment findings.
- Tailor treatment plans to address specific issues and individual circumstances.
- Therapeutic Interventions:
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients using various modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches).
- Help clients explore emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to promote self-awareness and positive change.
- Collaborate with clients to develop coping strategies and enhance resilience.
Pay: $70,800.00 – $146,000.00 per year
