We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team on a

permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining,

testing, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring all work complies with relevant

Australian electrical standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, power outlets, switchboards, and

associated equipment.

2. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

3. Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.

4. Install and connect electrical circuits, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical

components.

5. Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

6. Use electrical tools and testing equipment to check installations and identify faults.

7. Work with other electricians, contractors, and tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure work complies with relevant Australian

standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent relevant qualification, and

 At least 1 year of relevant work experience as an Electrician; or

 In absence of formal qualification, at least 3 years of relevant experience as an Electrician.

 An Australian electrical licence or registration is desirable but not mandatory.

 Practical knowledge of electrical installations, maintenance, and fault finding.

 Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical instructions.

 Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Good communication and organisational skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
