About the Role

True Loving Aged Care Pty Ltd is urgently seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Aged Care Support Workers to provide in-home aged care services to elderly clients in Greystanes, NSW.

You will work one-on-one with clients to support their independence, assist with daily living activities and help them maintain their dignity, safety and quality of life in their own homes.

This role involves providing person-centred support in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, individual care plans and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting clients with personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming
- Supporting daily living activities and maintaining independence
- Providing domestic assistance, cleaning and meal preparation
- Supporting community access, shopping and social activities
- Transporting clients to appointments and community activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and reporting any concerns or incidents
- Ensuring client safety, wellbeing, privacy and dignity at all times
- Following individual care plans and safe work practices

Required Qualifications & Compliance

All applicants must hold or be willing to obtain the following, except where a qualification is specified as mandatory:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent aged care qualification – Mandatory




- National Police Check (issued within the last 3 years) or valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Access to a reliable, registered and appropriately insured vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in aged care, home care or a similar support role
- Experience assisting elderly clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Good time management and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to providing care
- Commitment to delivering secure, high-quality and person-centred aged care services
