8 Cleaning Co. is seeking an experienced residential cleaner for cleaning jobs across Greater Brisbane.

This opportunity suits an independent cleaner or cleaning team with their own equipment who would like additional bookings in their preferred service areas. We handle customer enquiries, quotes and booking coordination, and provide the agreed cleaning requirements before you accept a job.

About the work

Jobs may include general home cleaning, recurring maintenance cleans and deeper cleans, depending on your experience and the agreed scope.

Typical tasks include:

- Cleaning showers, toilets, sinks and bathroom surfaces
- Cleaning kitchen benches, sinks, stovetops and agreed surfaces
- Dusting furniture and accessible surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout agreed areas
- Completing additional detail work when included in the job scope

We value cleaners who complete the agreed checklist thoroughly, check their work before leaving and communicate promptly if anything may affect the result. Please raise unexpected conditions or additional work with us before proceeding beyond the agreed scope.

What you’ll need





- Previous residential cleaning experience
- An active ABN and current public liability insurance
- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one before starting
- Your own cleaning supplies, vacuum and mop
- Reliable transport arrangements for yourself and your equipment
- Valuable attention to detail and confidence working independently
- Reliable communication and punctual attendance at accepted bookings
- A previous client or work reference who can speak to your cleaning quality

Payment and availability

Payment is by bank transfer at an agreed flat rate per completed job. The amount depends on the property, cleaning requirements, location and expected duration.

Payment is for the agreed job, rather than a guaranteed hourly wage. The scope and payment are confirmed before you decide whether to accept.

Work is offered according to customer demand and your availability. There are no guaranteed minimum hours or weekly booking numbers. This opportunity can suit cleaners adding work around their existing clients.
