Customer Service Officer (Container Deposit Scheme)
About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer (Container Deposit Scheme) to join our team at FOOTT in Benalla, Victoria. We require a casual over our summer peak period for a minimum of 3 days, Monday, Friday and Saturday's.
This is a casual position that will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers as part of the container deposit scheme.
What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and productive customer service to individuals and businesses using the container deposit scheme
- Processing returned containers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues
What we're looking for
- A friendly, patient and helpful attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
