Triangulate Knowledge is seeking a driven business development professional join our team. This is a high-impact role where you'll help institutional investment professionals across Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Long-only fund managers and Investment Banks as well as top ASX corporate clients and consulting firms.

You'll be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-value engagements. This is a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing accounts, and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

Proactively identify and qualify sales leads across listed and unlisted fund managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, and consultancy firms

Support the Managing Director in strategic outreach and client development efforts

Execute targeted sales campaigns and managing sales administration tasks

Monitor industry trends and client activity to anticipate needs and tailor outreach

Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing updates, recommendations, and support throughout the engagement lifecycle





Track client interactions and feedback to identify upsell opportunities and improve service delivery

Collaborate with research and operations teams to ensure seamless client coverage

About you

Minimum 18 months experience in client services, sales, market research, recruitment, consulting or an expert network business

Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while thriving in a team-oriented culture

Proven success in building and managing a sales pipeline, with a focus on conversion and relationship-building

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive across both written and verbal formats

Detail-oriented and a passion for delivering results with a strong work ethic

A genuine interest in financial markets, investment strategies, and industry dynamics

Experience in account management or client relationship roles, ideally within professional services environment

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, understand their evolving needs, and deliver tailored solutions

Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking client engagement metrics
