The Position

Beyond Blue is seeking an exceptional growth leader to drive sustainable revenue, deepen strategic partnerships and strengthen its connection with communities across Australia.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Executive Team, the Chief Growth Officer will establish and lead Beyond Blue’s recent Growth group. Bringing together fundraising and philanthropy, corporate partnerships, sales and business development, service relationship management, small business engagement, brand, marketing and content, the role will create a coherent enterprise approach so Beyond Blue can meet community needs.

The Chief Growth Officer will develop and execute an ambitious, ethical and disciplined strategy to diversify revenue, strengthen brand relevance and trust,



grow audiences and connect more Australians with the right mental health support sooner. Working closely across services, advocacy and enablement, the role will focus investment on opportunities offering the strongest strategic, financial and community value, while ensuring organisational capacity, service quality and brand integrity are protected.
