The loft Dining is a small bistro in Campbelltown, NSW 2560. We’re seeking for Sous chef, line cook and other kitchen staff. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Create a professional dining experience and food that Customers enjoy .
Our work environment includes:
- Modern office setting

- Assist and operate a section of the kitchen to grow and develop into a leader.
- Assisting estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen and waiting staff
- Demonstrating refined cooking techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Preparing and cooking food
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Team training and development
- Enforcing safe food practices including FIFO, food storage, food preservation
- Cross training in all sections with in a large kitchen environment
About You
- At least 4 years experience at Bistro, Pub or restaurant
- Passion for food
- Great attention to detail
- Work well within a team
- must have working rights in Aust
