We're looking for a motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our Castle Towers kitchen team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take the next step, or an existing Junior Sous Chef looking for a better work-life balance.

About the Role
Working alongside our senior kitchen team, you'll help deliver consistently high-quality food while supporting smooth daily kitchen operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting dishes to Flower Child standards.
- Supporting the Senior Sous & Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Maintaining consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Leading and supporting junior chefs during busy services.
- Assisting with stock management, preparation and waste control.
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
- Contributing ideas to menu development and improvements.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
- Is confident working in a busy commercial kitchen.
- Takes pride in food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Has robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Can guide and support junior kitchen staff.
- Is organised, reliable and proactive.
- Has appropriate Australian working rights.
