Registered Nurse – General Practice | Flagstone

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Flagstone Family Practice. Our clinic prides itself on being a positive, family-friendly workplace where staff feel valued and patients feel cared for.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in General Practice nursing, who is confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- Assisting with procedures
- Venesection and Iron infusions
- Immunisations
- Spirometry and ECGs
- Managing patient recalls and reminders
- Health assessments
- Wound care
- Chronic disease management and care plans
- Infection control
- Triage
- Use of PRODA

Experience with accreditation and policy development is a plus, but not required.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Current AHPRA registration




- Prior experience working in General Practice
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Confidence using clinical software (Best Practice experience an advantage)
- The ability to work well both autonomously and within a team
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Current CPR certification
- Flexibility with hours and reliability
