What you'll do





- Own day-to-day store operations end-to-end

- Recruit, train and lead the team, setting the tone for culture and standards

- Maintain product quality and consistency across every shift

- Drive sales performance through genuine upselling and customer experience

- Report on store performance and work closely with the wider Dottie's team
