JOB SUMMARY
Climb and perform maintenance, including replacement of guy wires, on a 387 meter tower. Be one of an eight man crew performing critical, time-sensitive maintenance on a military communications structure.
Required:
- Physically fit and able to climb towers up to 387 meters without accommodation
- Good English skills
- Willing to work up to seven days a week, in extreme heat, in a remote location
- Able to pass a federal background check with no felonies
- Current driver’s license
- Two years of experience climbing and maintaining tall towers
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Authorized to work in Australia
- High Risk Working at Heights certification
Desired:
- Possess current Australian Defence Common Access Card
- Five years experience maintaining towers
- Tower construction background
- First Aid/CPR
- High Risk Advanced Rigging Certification

Pay: $53.14 – $59.67 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 54.0 per week
