Cali Press is a café brand known for fresh, wholesome, feel-good food, with 19+ cafés across NSW and our own production kitchen. We’re growing, and we need more senior team members to step up, coach the team and become our next Assistant Managers and Managers.

As a Senior Front of House Team Member, you’ll be one of the most important people on the floor: keeping service running smoothly, creating a great guest experience and coaching the team around you to be their best. It’s the ideal next step if you have more than a year in hospitality and want to grow your career.

What you'll be doing

- Creating a excellent guest experience with warm, fast and friendly service
- Running the floor and supporting the team through the peaks
- Coaching team members during service, giving feedback in the moment and helping them build speed and confidence
- Training new starters so every guest gets the same great experience, every time
- Opening and closing, cash handling and stock rotation
- Keeping the café clean, safe and well presented

What we're looking for

- 1+ years' experience in hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced café or restaurant
- A love of creating a great guest experience, strong communication skills, and speed and consistency under pressure
- Barista experience and confidence with POS and cash handling (a bonus, not essential)
- The ambition to grow into an Assistant Manager or Manager role
- Someone who enjoys teaching,
