Snap Fitness Concord West Birrong | Personal Trainer

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Birrong. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

How we support you

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr

Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Help interested people understand what the training involves. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Follow our coaching and admin systems.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
