We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable barista who shares our commitment to quality and great service. The ideal candidate is confident making consistently excellent coffee, thrives in a fast-paced café environment, and brings a positive, proactive, team-first attitude to every shift.

Position Details

- Location: Parramatta, NSW
- Days: Monday and Thursday required, with the opportunity to add Tuesday
- Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, 2–3 days per week
- Start Date: Immediate
- Payment: Cash payment available

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve consistently excellent coffee and a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks and alternative milks.
- Deliver warm, attentive customer service and create a positive experience for every guest.
- Communicate effectively with customers, fellow baristas, and kitchen staff.
- Set up, maintain, and close the coffee station to a high standard.
- Keep the coffee station and surrounding work areas clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Take initiative, support teammates, and contribute to smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

- Proven barista experience (at least 2 years preferred).
- Confidence operating commercial espresso machines and grinders,



with strong milk-texturing skills and knowledge of different brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure.
- A punctual, dependable, and proactive approach to work.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
- Ability to work well within a small, team-oriented team.
- Availability on Mondays and Thursdays is essential.
