The Role

We are seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join our client’s Newcastle office as the technical leader within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, coordinate resources across a diverse portfolio of project and provide technical leadership.

We are looking for someone that has a strong background in either pumping, piping, water, resources, mining or heavy industry sectors.

With established panel agreements with major Tier 1 clients, you’ll have access to large, multidisciplinary projects across Australia. You’ll also play an important role in securing and delivering local NSW projects, helping to grow the Newcastle office’s engineering and design capabilities.

What You Bring

- A degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Strong technical reporting skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, designers and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- A proven ability to lead, mentor and develop engineers while providing high-level technical direction.
