Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is recruiting a Safety Lead for a regional rail construction project in Recent South Wales. The role includes a Monday–Friday Sydney phase followed by a 2:1 site roster at Stockinbingal, with mobilisation to be confirmed during recruitment.

You will conduct inspections, deliver safety training, investigate incidents and lead emergency preparedness, while coordinating with regulators and stakeholders to ensure robust risk controls across the project.
