About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to grow our property management portfolio.

With leads and referrals from one of the largest sales teams in the area,



you'll have an excellent platform to generate recent business and maximise your earning potential.

Key duties include:

- Converting leads into new managements

- Attending rental appraisals

- Prospecting for recent business

- Building relationships with landlords and investors

- Following up enquiries and working closely with our sales and property management teams

About You

Experience is essential. You may come from a sales or property management background and will have a proven ability to build relationships, generate business and convert opportunities.

A current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and NSW real estate certificate or licence are required.
