Janus Deli Surfers Paradise is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience making coffee, including espresso preparation and milk steaming. Previous experience working in a busy café setting is highly valued.

Our deli is located just steps away from the beautiful Surfers Paradise Main Beach, making it a convenient workplace for those commuting by public transport.

We are open 7 days a week, with shifts running between 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM. This role is perfect for early risers who enjoy starting the day with the aroma of fresh coffee and finishing with the chance to unwind with a walk on the beach at sunset.

Have previous barista experience and can confidently make coffee, including steaming and texturing milk.

Are responsible, reliable, and positive

Are a good team player

Are passionate about customer service

Can commit to working with us for at least 6 months
