Great opportunity for an entry level or experienced Property Officer who is passionate for a long-term career with a young and reputable company. This role will have a focus on growth and full training will be provided.

The position:

- Conducting open and private inspections
- Monday to Saturday role with Thursday off during the week
- Processing applications and reference checking
- Liaising with Property manager regarding applications & routines
- Conducting routine inspections and ingoings

The ideal candidate:

- Organised, great time management skills
- Eager to learn and ask questions
- Strong communication, written skills and well presented.
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Must have Certificate of Registration or started process for this




- Must have a road worthy car as you will be driving to visit properties

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
