JOB OBJECTIVE

The Warehouse Coordinator is an important role in our client's warehouse, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes, maintaining inventory, facilitating inbound and outbound shipment execution, and contributing towards a safe and efficient working setting. Must have a forklift license This role is based in the ANZ Head Office and Main Supply Warehouse in Kemps creek therefore includes responsibilities for the full region in addition to the local operations.

The Warehouse Coordinator will be expected to proactively review reports, take actions, and respond to colleague enquiries. They should identify opportunities and make recommendations to implement improvements that better meet the business and our customer’s needs. This requires cross-function engagement with internal Supply Chain, Sales, Service & Rental, Finance, and Compliance employees across multiple locations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Organise transport, generate packing lists, goods issue inventory, and print labels

· Manage warehouse consumable inventory and stationery, order and reconcile purchased items and driving a forklift

· Effectively communicate regarding jobs which need expediting, issue resolution, or other handling outside of standard processes

· Implement and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

· Develop and improve warehouse or inventory related procedures.
