PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Marrickville

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Marrickville. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Your responsibilities

- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
