Rockwell Automation is seeking a Japanese-speaking Remote Support specialist to join our NSW team, supporting customers in Japan with Rockwell and Allen-Bradley software questions. You will troubleshoot via phone, chat, and SAQ, gaining deep knowledge across PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Drives while providing excellent service.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and at least 2 years’ experience in industrial automation, plus robust Japanese
