The Role

In this Underwriter position, you’ll play a key role in growing a profitable portfolio by:

- Developing new broker relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Underwriting and pricing new and renewal business within delegated authority.
- Acting as a trusted partner and technical expert to brokers and colleagues.
- Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

About You





You’ll be someone who brings energy and commercial drive, along with:

- A proven background in Plant & Equipment or related Commercial Motor classes
- A strong business development mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Solid technical underwriting experience and understanding of risk.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Motivation, confidence, and professionalism in everything you do.
