Position:

STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$80/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Contribute subject matter expertise to a project involving state-of-the-art large language models.
- Create high-quality data by developing challenging problems in your domain.
- Evaluate and improve AI model performance with a focus on accuracy and innovation.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have





- PhD or advanced degree in Medicine, Statistics and Data Science, AI/ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Interview Process

- Complete a short interview and task (20–30 mins).
- Paid onboarding time for up to 1 hour, including videos.
