ALDI is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across daily operations. You will drive sales targets, oversee staff development, and ensure store standards are maintained with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will be responsible for end-to-end store management, including training, performance reviews, stock control, and trading floor execution. A comprehensive leadership program and adaptable, rotating roster are provided.
