Perth Bears, Western Australia’s new NRL club, seeks a detail oriented Payroll Manager to lead payroll and perks as a sole resource reporting to Head of Finance. You will oversee payroll for staff, contractors and players with accuracy and compliance.

The role covers salary packaging, FBT, superannuation, awards and NRL salary cap-related payments. As a foundation hire, you’ll implement a new payroll system, migrate data, and establish processes to support growth.
