TAFE NSW offers a Service Desk Officer role with location negotiable across NSW. The total salary package ranges from AUS$106,140 to AUS$111,515, including base salary AUS$93,514 to AUS$98,249, plus employer superannuation and annual leave loading.

The role provides virtual, in office and field support to staff, students and key stakeholders, delivering a tiered response to diagnose and resolve requests. Occasional travel to other NSW campuses may be required as part of business needs.
