- Support traceability exercises,

allergen management programs, environmental monitoring activities, and food safety verification programs.
- Deliver and support staff training on food safety, hygiene, GMP, allergen management, and quality procedures.
- Promote a positive food safety and quality culture throughout the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, allergen management, and food safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of FSSC 22000 or other GFSI-recognised food safety standards.
- Experience supporting internal audits, certification audits, customer audits, and corrective action programs.
- Understanding of Australian food industry requirements, including FSANZ standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to spend significant time on the factory and warehouse floor.
