Our company is seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist to provide administrative support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a robust attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Click to view the full position description here.Responsibilities: •Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements•Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations•Attend meetings and take minutes as needed•Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails,



and mail•Coordinate special projects and events as assigned•Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion•Manage expense reports and other financial documents•Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills and Experiences:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and edit documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, clients, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
