Located throughout Australia and New Zealand, Val Morgan provides a 100% digital, full-screen, advertising solutions for brands looking to connect with engaged and active consumers. The Graduate Program
Ready to kick-start your career in media?
Our Graduate Program is designed to give ambitious graduates a fast-tracked introduction to the exciting world of advertising and media. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn from industry leaders, and build a strong foundation for a successful career at Val Morgan Group.
Over an 8-month rotational program commencing in February 2027, you'll develop a well-rounded understanding of the media landscape by having exposure to three key areas of the business:

- Val Morgan Cinema Sales
- VMO Sales
- Brandfit (Strategy & Marketing)

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a client campaign, the next collaborating with our sales, insights, strategy, or finance teams. Along the way, you'll build valuable practical skills while working alongside talented people who are passionate about what they do.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for curious, driven and motivated graduates, or final-year university students, who are eager to learn and ready to launch their careers in media.

The Recruitment Process:
Our recruitment process is designed to give you a genuine feel for life at Val Morgan Group while giving us the chance to get to know you. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Apply: Applications are open now until 22 November 2026.

2. Phone Screen: If your application stands out, we'll invite you to a phone interview with a member of People, Performance & Culture team. This is an prospect for us to learn more about you, your career aspirations and why you're interested in the Graduate Program.

3. Assessment Day: Successful candidates will be invited to our Graduate Assessment Day, held in December 2026. This is more than just an interview. It's a unique opportunity to experience our culture firsthand and see what makes Val Morgan such a great place to start your career. You'll have the chance to:

- Hear from leaders and team members across the business
- Learn about the different areas of Val Morgan Group and the exciting opportunities available
- Meet other graduates and like-minded candidates
- Participate in fun and interactive group activities
- Showcase your skills through a one-on-one interview

4. Reference Checks:



Following the Assessment Day, finalists will progress to reference checks.

5. Offer: Successful candidates will receive an offer before the end of the year to join our 2027 Graduate Program.

6. Start Your Career: Your journey with Val begins in February 2027!
