Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Lane Cove West

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Lane Cove West, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Rent and support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

What you will need

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.



Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Day to day

Attend mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Work within our coaching and administration processes. Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
