About the role

Compassionate Care Network is looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker to provide in-home personal care to a woman in her late 60s living with Multiple Sclerosis in Templestowe.

Current shifts

- 1:00pm – 2:00pm
- 6:00pm – 7:00pm
- 9:00pm – 10:00pm

These shifts are short to start with. For the right person, there’s potential to move into longer 4–5 hour shifts.

What you’ll be doing

- Personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and grooming
- Safe transfers using a ceiling or mobile hoist and a Sara Stedy
- Repositioning and helping her get ready for bed
- Meal preparation and light domestic tasks as needed
- Supporting her comfort, dignity and independence at home

What we’re looking for

- Experience with personal care
- Experience or certification in hoist and Sara Stedy transfers
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Ageing or Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one




- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- A patient, respectful and reliable approach
