Flowerdale Estate is looking for two talented chefs to join our kitchen team as we enter an exciting period of growth.

Set amongst 140 acres of beautiful Victorian countryside, Flowerdale Estate is a boutique accommodation, wedding, conference and dining destination approximately 90 minutes from Melbourne.

With a growing calendar of weddings, corporate events and restaurant service, we are looking for chefs who take pride in what they do, enjoy working with quality produce and want to be part of building something special.

SOUS CHEF

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef who can work closely with our Head Chef and take a genuine leadership role within the kitchen.

You will be confident running service, leading and developing the kitchen team, maintaining consistency and presentation, and helping manage the operational side of a busy kitchen.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Strong restaurant, hotel, wedding or events experience
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills
- Confidence running service and supervising a team
- A strong understanding of food safety, ordering, stock control and cost management
- High standards of presentation and consistency
- A calm, positive and professional approach

CHEF DE PARTIE

We're also looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who wants to develop their skills in a varied hospitality setting.

You'll work across restaurant service, weddings, conferences and special events, with the opportunity to learn, contribute and progress within the kitchen team.

We're looking for:

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong preparation and service skills




- Good communication and teamwork
- Pride in presentation and consistency
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- A genuine interest in food and hospitality
