South32 is seeking a Specialist Payroll Governance qualified for a 12-month fixed term contract at our Perth head office. The role supports governance, controls and data-led insights across payroll processes in a hybrid work model.

You will apply analytics, automation and AI-enabled tools to strengthen payroll controls, identify risks and drive continuous improvement, reporting to the Lead Payroll Governance.
