Key Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end functional design, detailed configuration, and maintenance across SAP Finance components, OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), and Indirect Procurement processes for non-stock purchasing and services.

- Lead end-to-end project deliverables-including scoping, estimating, blueprinting, functional specification development, testing, and go-live deployment.

- Work directly with key business stakeholders to re-engineer processes, perform process mapping, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.

- Collaborate with integration teams to configure and validate seamless data flow between SAP S/4HANA, OpenText VIM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and supporting third-party applications.

- Maintain system documentation, establish best-practice configuration frameworks, ensure strict adherence to internal change management policies, and manage governance exceptions.

- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert across financial domains, building trusted relationships with business stakeholders and providing knowledge transfer and training where needed.

Key Requirements





- Minimum of 7+ years of dedicated functional SAP implementation and project experience across at least 3 full end-to-end lifecycle implementations (project delivery track record is required.

- Deep hands-on configuration proficiency in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Project Systems, Inventory Accounting, Direct & Indirect Taxes, Controlling, Cost & Profit Centre Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.

- Proven hands-on project delivery experience within native SAP S/4HANA environments and Fiori-based functionalities.

- Demonstrated implementation experience with SAP Indirect Procurement processes, Delegations of Authority workflow rules (SAP Flexible Workflow), and OpenText VIM approval workflows.

- Solid functional mastery of SAP inventory valuation methods, material price control changes, and SAP Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting capabilities.

- Strong process re-engineering skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

- Willingness to undertake domestic travel within Australia as required, valid Australian working rights, willingness to undergo a National Police Check, and a current Driver's Licence.

Desirable Skills

- Hands-on functional implementation experience with SAP Financial Supply Chain Management.

- Exposure to project builds involving SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Business Technology Platform.

- Cross-functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, or Ariba Supplier Onboarding.

- Prior domain experience in retail, wholesale distribution, or pharmaceuticals.
