This is a full-time Telephone Sales / Customer Service role based in Capalaba, Queensland. As part of the SERCO PTY LTD' team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales through inbound calls.
What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound customer enquiries and provide high-quality customer service
Generate sales through effective communication and sales techniques
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
Contribute to the overall success of the call centre team
What we're looking for
Must have Motorcycle / Automotive Experience
Proven experience in a customer service and Phone sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Computer literacy and data entry skills
A passion for providing exceptional customer service
