About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our ANZ HR team and help shape how our people learn, develop, and grow.

As the first dedicated L&D; resource within the ANZ region, you'll have the opportunity to build and influence learning programs across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. You'll partner closely with business leaders, HR, and our Global L&D; team to design and deliver development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate employee growth, and support long-term career progression.

In addition, you will:

Design, implement, and facilitate learning and development programs across leadership, professional, technical, and commercial capability areas.

Deliver engaging workshops and learning experiences both in person and virtually.

Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical development solutions.

Facilitate leadership development programs and support managers in building coaching and people leadership skills.

Develop career pathways, mentoring initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs that support employee growth and succession planning.





Contribute to improving the employee experience through onboarding, induction, and early-career development initiatives.

Manage learning programs end-to-end, including planning, delivery, measurement, evaluation, and reporting.

Track learning effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate with global and regional teams on broader learning and talent development initiatives.

Support HR projects by providing L&D; expertise across talent, engagement, and workforce development activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organisational Development, or a similar HR role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment, ideally including leadership development and technical capability development programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to partner with leaders to build capability and drive performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Coaching certification or formal coaching training is a plus.
- Understanding of change management and modern learning methodologies is highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
- Able to work in office full-time from our Eagle Farm office.
