Mason & Dean manufactures premium steel gates, fencing and balustrades in Tamworth. We're looking for a reliable, organised person to run our powder coating department, working from our new facilities in a clean, fresh workshop.
You don't need to have run a department before. If you have experience in powder coating, painting, fabrication or a similar trade, and you take pride in a quality finish, we'll train and support you into the role.
What you'll do
- Prepare and powder coat steel products to a premium finish
- Blast and prepare steel products ready for coating
- Run the coating area day to day and keep jobs moving on time
- Order materials and raise purchase orders
- Work with our team, suppliers and customers on coating jobs
- Help with quality checks and keep the workspace clean and organised

- Organised and happy to work independently or within a team
