Full-Time Position

ToughGuard is a well-established Australian manufacturer specialising in quality aluminium fencing, gates and architectural products.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Powder Coating Operator to join our busy manufacturing team.

About the Role

- Preparation and powder coating of aluminium products.
- Operating powder coating equipment and curing ovens.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Assisting with general production duties.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Skills & Experience

- Previous powder coating experience preferred.
- Automotive or industrial spray painting experience would be a distinct advantage.
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.




- Reliable, hardworking and a positive team player.
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
