IAG is seeking a hands-on AI Engineering leader to design, build and productionise AI and ML systems in a cross-functional setting. You will own deployment, monitoring and optimisation and drive generative AI initiatives from prompt engineering to finetuning models.

In this role you will mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, with a solid focus on responsible AI and scalable architectures.
