Cochlear is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance & Calibration to lead a small team across Sydney sites (Macquarie University and Lane Cove). The role ensures protected, compliant maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment, with a focus on people development and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Support Manager, you will drive performance, coordinate activities across sites, and support audits while maintaining high quality standards in a regulated environment.
