Junior Sales Administrator (Temporary to Permanent Opportunity)

Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Mount Gravatt, is looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a positive attitude who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Sales Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries professionally
- Managing customer email enquiries and responding in a timely manner
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Maintaining and updating customer information and records within internal systems
- Processing customer orders and liaising with internal teams
- Preparing basic documentation and correspondence
- Assisting with general office administration duties
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Confident communicating via phone and email




- Well‑organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Experienced in administration, customer service, or sales support (preferred but not essential)
