Clarity Partners is seeking a Claims Officer to manage a portfolio of general insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement. You will work with clients, insurers and internal broker teams to secure favourable outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and robust service standards.
The role requires end-to-end claims handling, negotiation and policy interpretation, with RG 271 dispute resolution knowledge and MS Office proficiency. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.
