YMCA Victoria is seeking a part time Team Leader for its aquatic and recreation facilities in Victoria. You will manage and lead teams, ensuring programs meet defined standards and that customer service is delivered across all areas of the facility.

The role requires strong admin skills, attention to detail, and experience as a duty manager or lifeguard. Regular rostered hours with seasonal peaks are expected, with an hourly rate up to $33.87 plus super.
