MinterEllison is seeking an experienced AI engineer to build production AI systems in a complex, regulated setting. You will own agent orchestration, evaluation, deployment and interfaces used by legal experts to govern the systems.

You will work with partners and subject-matter experts, applying Bayesian methods, Python engineering and AWS deployment to deliver robust legal AI platforms.
