BAR & FLOOR STAFF WANTED

Carlos Cantina is looking for friendly, energetic and reliable people to join our team!

We’re a busy Mexican restaurant where the margaritas are flowing and excellent service is a must.

We’re looking for someone who is fast, switched-on and happy to get stuck in. You need to be comfortable working behind the bar and on the floor, helping wherever needed and keeping things running smoothly during busy service.

The Role

- Preparing and serving cocktails, margaritas, beers, wines and other beverages
- Taking food and drink orders and serving customers
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Recommending menu items and drinks
- Clearing and resetting tables when needed
- Keeping the bar and dining area clean, organised and well stocked
- Assisting with bar preparation, restocking and closing duties
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar and floor team




- Helping wherever needed during busy service

About You

- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
- Current Victorian RSA certificate
- Friendly and confident when interacting with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Fast, organised and able to work under pressure
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Proactive and willing to help without being asked
- Comfortable switching between bar and floor duties
- Takes pride in providing great customer service
